Major Call Center - Preston

This extremely busy call center providing Consumer Interaction Services for a major British Telecommunications Company was in desperate need of an overhaul to the tired old Data Center.

The Challenge

To consolidate and replace the insecure and outdated Data Racks with suitable Data Enclosures to present all servers, UTP patch panels and switching without disrupting the operations of the call center.

The Solution

Intensive twilight hour shift rotation to decommission, remove and replace the racks with high end Data Enclosures with extensive cable management and have all networks recommissioned by 6am.

The Final Product

A great result for the Client- neat, tidy and secure switching, servers and patch panels to make future network alterations a breeze, not to mention a bit of Comms Room eye candy!
